Notes
|
During recent years, some scientists have been warning of a hole in the ozone layer that will lead to the destruction of man. The evidence used, in most cases, only dates back to the early 1980s. Other scientists claim that the ozone hole is only a natural cycle of increasing and decreasing amounts of ozone in the atmosphere. Both sides have strong, limited scientific observations on their respective sides.

Wow...I'm not sure how this end up on the website, but I wrote the paper back in undergrad in 1997. Scary how stuff just appears out of the past. Also scary how some of the stuff in the report is now coming true!

Thanks for stopping by,
You did a good job, George, and it has followed you. You might be interested in reading what I have personally written about the ozone layer. Just search the Dead Hand site with the keyword "ozone" to find the material.
