Duties:

CACI has an immediate opening for an Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA) coordinator to support efforts undertaken by the Program Executive Office, Littoral & Mine Warfare located in at the Washington Navy Yard. Responsibilities to include monitoring of data management efforts and collection and reporting of performance metrics. Coordinates efforts related to ILA management, reporting and certification processes including but not limited to distribution of received programmatic documentation (Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Statements Of Work (SOW), UID/RFID Plans, SAMPs, TEMPs, LRFSs, CM Plans and ensuring scheduled reviews to are conducted to resolve Findings, record and publish the conclusions. Maintains related programmatic databases.

In support of PEO LMW the additional requirements are:
As the ILA Coordinator for (PEO LMW), coordinate the development of overarching program schedules and provide data/logistics management processes for new acquisitions and fielded systems for seven Program Offices (PMS 340, PMs 403, PMS 408, PMS 420, PMS 480, PMS 485 and PMS 495).

Required Qualifications: 

  • Must have a current or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Requires bachelor’s degree (in Logistics Management, Mathematics or related field) or equivalent and two to four years of related logistics experience.
  • Must possess knowledge of SECNAV Instructions 5000 series, be proficient in MS Office 2000 applications.
  • Must be willing to travel 25%.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of NAVSO P-3692, Naval Correspondence Manual, DoD and NAVSEA acquisition policies is highly desired. Participation or familiarity with new acquisition milestone review processes is also highly desired.
