MAU Opportunity, Deputy Program Manager, Philadelphia, PA
 
The selected candidate will be interfacing with program managers, engineers, logisticians and U.S. Navy civilian personnel.  Job duties will include:

  • Providing project coordination support in the areas of technical data, financial management, and program reviews
  • Attending meetings, program reviews and conferences
  • Assisting Program Managers in developing plans including budgets and schedules, and monitoring tasks to meet program requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that program objectives are met
  • Interacting regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance of program requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering
  • 2-5 years experience
  • Microsoft Project skills
  • Shipboard experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The position may require up to 25% domestic travel.  The successful candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance.
