CACI Opportunity, Chesapeake, VA, AN/SPS-48E Maintenance Instructor
Position Number: JR 21480
Duties:
This individual will be a part of a multi instructor workforce providing instruction in the courses listed below. They will report to the Course Supervisor assigned by CSCS Unit Dam Neck, VA and will coordinate their activities with the Lead Contractor Instructor.
Course(s) this billet will instruct: AN/SPS-48E Maintenance (CIN: A-104-0206)
Required Qualifications:
Must have a current DoD SECRET Security Clearance to qualify.
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of fleet experience or the equivalent as a SPS-48 Radar systems technician. Must be familiar with curriculum development, course maintenance and testing, computer aided instructional methods as well as equipment maintenance and the 3M program.
Required Navy Enlisted Classifications (NEC): 9502 (Instructor), and 1140 (AN/SPS-48E Search Radar Technician)
Desired Qualifications:
It is desired that candidates have 2-3 years SPS-48E fleet tech assist or SPS-48E factory/OEM experience, be Master Training Specialist (MTS) qualified, be familiar with Combat Systems Operational Sequencing Systems (CSOSS) and 3M procedures and be a former Navy E-6 or above.
