Take it a step further, though. It's theoretically possible (see http://www.highfrequencyelectronics.com/Archives/Oct05/1005_Rawle.pdf) to initiate a detonation sequence remotely using an RF pulse. This is NOT rocket science... so I'd lay pretty good odds that what you see in this video was no accident.
